Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Pacific Post Acute were incredibly kind and patient with my grandmother. They always made sure she was comfortable and well-cared for. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for post-acute care.

I was very impressed with the level of care my father received at Pacific Post Acute. The therapists were highly skilled and helped him regain his mobility after his surgery. The nurses were also very attentive and responsive to his needs. I felt confident that he was in good hands.

The food could be better, but the overall care was good. The nurses were always there to help and the physical therapy was excellent.
