Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Fulton Gardens are incredibly kind and patient. They truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being. I was impressed by the level of personalized care my grandmother received during her stay.

My father was hesitant to move into a post-acute facility, but Fulton Gardens made him feel welcome and supported. The therapists were very knowledgeable and helped him regain his strength and mobility. The food was also surprisingly good!

While the staff at Fulton Gardens is friendly and helpful, I did find the facility to be a bit dated. The rooms could use some updating, and the activities could be more engaging. However, overall, it is a decent option for post-acute care.
