Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The Grove Post-Acute has been a lifesaver for my mother. The staff is so kind and caring, and they really take the time to get to know each resident. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for post-acute care.

The Grove Post-Acute is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes they seem overwhelmed. The rooms are a bit small, and the activities could be more engaging. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for post-acute care, but there are better facilities out there.

My father received excellent care at The Grove Post-Acute. The nurses and therapists were fantastic, and they worked closely with us to develop a care plan that met his needs. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the activities are engaging. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my father to recover.
