Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Springs Village Care Center for a few months now, and I'm so grateful for the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure she feels comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are always activities going on to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend Springs Village to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I can't say enough good things about Springs Village. They have made a difficult time for my family so much easier. The staff is amazing, always so caring and compassionate. My mom has received excellent medical care, and they have been so supportive throughout her illness. I feel confident that she is in good hands.

While the staff is friendly and the facility is generally clean, there have been some issues with communication and responsiveness. Sometimes it's hard to get in touch with the staff or get a quick answer to questions. Overall, it's a good facility, but there is room for improvement.
