Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Salmon Brook for a few months now and we are so happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is delicious. We highly recommend Salmon Brook to anyone looking for a loving and supportive home for their loved ones.

I was very impressed with Salmon Brook from the moment I walked in. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they clearly care about the residents. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained, and the activities program is very engaging. My mom is thriving at Salmon Brook and I couldn't be happier with her decision to move there.

Salmon Brook is a decent facility, but I have had some concerns about the communication between the staff and families. I've found it difficult to get in touch with my dad's nurse at times. Overall, though, I'm satisfied with the care my dad is receiving.
