Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Civita Care Center for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they truly make her feel like she's part of a family. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities offered are engaging and enjoyable for her. I highly recommend Civita Care Center to anyone looking for a warm and loving environment for their loved ones.

We chose Civita Care Center for my grandmother because of its reputation for providing excellent care. The staff is very professional and caring, and they are always willing to answer our questions and concerns. My grandmother enjoys the activities and social events, and she's made some good friends there. It's a good place for her to be, and we're grateful for the care she receives.

While the staff at Civita Care Center is generally attentive and helpful, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care provided. There are some days when my father receives more personalized attention than others. Overall, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities are decent. But I wish there was more consistency in the care.
