Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My parents have been living at Abbott Terrace for a few years now, and we couldn't be happier with their care. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to ensure my parents are comfortable and well taken care of. The facility is clean and inviting, and there are always plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I highly recommend Abbott Terrace to anyone looking for a quality senior living community.

I was initially hesitant to move my grandmother into a senior living facility, but Abbott Terrace has exceeded all my expectations. The staff is professional and compassionate, and they have made the transition seamless for my grandmother. She enjoys the activities and social events, and she has made several new friends. The facility is well-maintained, and I feel confident knowing my grandmother is in good hands.

Abbott Terrace is a decent facility, but I've had some minor issues with communication from the staff. Overall, the care is good, and my mother seems happy there. I just wish the communication was a bit more consistent.
