Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Delmar is incredibly kind and attentive. They truly care about the residents and make sure they feel comfortable and safe. My grandmother has been living here for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's received. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good!

Overall, it's a decent facility. There are some things that could be improved, like the availability of activities and the quality of some of the meals. But the staff is friendly and does their best to meet the residents' needs. I'd say it's a good option for those who are looking for basic care and support.

The facility was clean and inviting, and the activities were engaging and enjoyable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.
