My grandmother has been at Surrey Place for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is wonderful, always attentive and caring. The facility is clean and comfortable, and my grandmother seems content and well-looked after.

I was impressed with the level of care and attention my father received at Surrey Place. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and the therapists really helped him regain his strength and mobility. The facility itself is nice, and the staff is generally friendly. However, there have been a few occasions where communication could have been better. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of communication and organization.
