Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Surrey Place for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is wonderful, always attentive and caring. The facility is clean and comfortable, and my grandmother seems content and well-looked after.

I was impressed with the level of care and attention my father received at Surrey Place. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and the therapists really helped him regain his strength and mobility. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing or rehabilitation care.

The facility itself is nice, and the staff is generally friendly. However, there have been a few occasions where communication could have been better. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of communication and organization.
