Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother was a resident here for a few months after a hospital stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they really helped her regain her strength and mobility. I was especially impressed with the therapy services, which made a big difference in her recovery.

The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but I found the food to be a bit bland. The staff is friendly, but I felt like there could be more activities offered for residents. Overall, it's a decent option for rehab, but I'm not sure it's the best for long-term care.

My father was in a very difficult place when he came to Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center. The staff was so patient and compassionate with him, and they made sure he felt safe and comfortable. They truly went above and beyond to help him recover. I would highly recommend this facility.
