Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been at Citrus Health for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend Citrus Health to anyone looking for a good nursing home.

I was really impressed with Citrus Health. They were so kind and helpful when my dad needed rehab after his surgery. The therapists were great, and they really helped him get back on his feet. The food was also really good, which is always a plus! I would definitely recommend this facility.

Citrus Health is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff is generally good, but there have been a few times when they haven't been as responsive as I would like. The rooms are a bit small, but overall the facility is clean and well-maintained. It's not the best nursing home I've seen, but it's not the worst either.
