Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been a resident at Sabal Palms for a few months now, and we are very pleased with the care she has received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they have been very responsive to our concerns. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program has kept my grandmother engaged and happy. I would definitely recommend Sabal Palms to others.

The staff at Sabal Palms is friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. Overall, the facility is clean and comfortable, but some of the equipment is a bit outdated. I am happy with the care my father has received so far, but I would like to see some improvements in communication and the facility's amenities.

Sabal Palms is a wonderful facility with a caring and compassionate staff. They have taken great care of my mother since she moved in, and they have made the transition as smooth as possible. I am so grateful for the support they have provided to my family during this difficult time.
