Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was worried about my grandmother going into a rehabilitation center, but Fountain Manor has been amazing! The staff is so kind and caring, and they really go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The activities are great, and she's even made some new friends. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care.

Fountain Manor is a true gem. My father was in a wheelchair after a stroke, and the physical therapy here has been incredible. He's now able to walk again! The therapists are so knowledgeable and patient, and the whole staff is so warm and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better place for my dad.

The facility itself is nice, and the staff is generally friendly. However, there have been some issues with communication, and I've found it difficult to get in touch with my mother's doctor at times. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I've had some minor concerns.
