Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at KR at College Harbor for a few months now and she absolutely loves it! The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and there are always activities to keep her busy. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place for their loved one.

I have been living at KR at College Harbor for over a year and I couldn't be happier. The community is warm and inviting, the staff is fantastic, and there are so many things to do. I love the daily exercise classes, the arts and crafts programs, and the weekly outings to the local museums. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

The facilities are nice, but I find that the staff can be inconsistent in their level of care. Some are wonderful, but others seem less engaged. The food is decent, but I've had some issues with the dining room being overcrowded at times. Overall, it's a decent community, but I've experienced better.
