Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was really impressed with the care my grandmother received at Creekside. The staff was so kind and attentive, and they always made sure she was comfortable and well-looked after. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer kept her engaged and active. I would definitely recommend Creekside to anyone looking for a quality rehabilitation center.

My experience at Creekside was truly positive. The therapists were excellent and helped me regain my mobility after my surgery. The food was surprisingly good, and the social events kept me entertained. I felt like I was part of a community, and the staff made me feel like I was their top priority. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Creekside is a decent facility, but I did have some issues with communication. Sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with the staff, and there were a few misunderstandings about my care plan. Overall, the care was good, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of communication and organization.
