Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at The Place at Dean's Bridge for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure my mother is comfortable and happy. The community itself is very welcoming and there are always plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their loved ones.

I was looking for a place for my grandmother that would provide her with the support she needs while still allowing her to maintain her independence. The Place at Dean's Bridge was the perfect solution. The staff is amazing, and they always go above and beyond to help the residents. The community is also very social, and my grandmother has made many new friends. I am so grateful for the care and support that The Place at Dean's Bridge has provided to my grandmother.

The Place at Dean's Bridge is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff is generally friendly, but I've noticed some inconsistency in the level of care provided. The food is also pretty bland, and I wish there were more options for residents to choose from. Overall, it's a decent option, but it's not the best I've seen.
