Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Zebulon Park for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they really seem to care about the residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. We would definitely recommend Zebulon Park to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.

Zebulon Park is a decent facility, but it's not perfect. The staff is generally good, but there have been a few times when we've felt like our concerns weren't taken seriously. The rooms are a bit small, and the activities could be more engaging. Overall, it's a decent option, but there are probably better nursing homes out there.

I can't say enough good things about Zebulon Park! The staff is amazing, always going above and beyond to help my grandmother. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is actually delicious. My grandmother is happy and healthy, and that's all that matters to me. Thank you, Zebulon Park, for taking such good care of her!
