Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Azalea Health and Rehabilitation for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they truly go the extra mile to make sure she feels comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are always plenty of activities for residents to participate in. We would highly recommend Azalea Health and Rehabilitation to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I was hesitant to place my mother in a nursing home, but Azalea Health and Rehabilitation has completely changed my perspective. The staff is exceptional, and they treat the residents with such respect and dignity. My mother is thriving here, and she is always happy and engaged in the various activities they offer. I am so grateful for the excellent care she is receiving.

The care at Azalea Health and Rehabilitation is generally good, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. I have had to follow up on certain issues several times, but overall, I am satisfied with the care my father is receiving.
