Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was hesitant to move my grandmother into a care facility, but Wildwood Health and Rehab quickly eased my concerns. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they truly treat each resident like family. My grandmother is thriving here, and she's even made some new friends. I highly recommend this facility!

Wildwood has been a blessing to our family. The care my father received was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being. We are so grateful for the compassionate care he received at Wildwood.

The care at Wildwood is good, but I have noticed some inconsistencies in the quality of care. Some staff members are more attentive than others. Overall, I would say it's a decent facility, but there's room for improvement.
