Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Valley Vue for a few months now and we're really happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they've helped her maintain her independence as much as possible. The activities are great too, and she's made some new friends.

Valley Vue is a wonderful place. My dad moved in recently and he's been enjoying it so much. The food is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very caring. They really make him feel at home.

It's a decent facility, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. Some staff members are fantastic, while others seem less engaged. Overall, it's a good option, but it could be better.
