I can't say enough good things about Accura Healthcare of Shenandoah! They took such good care of my dad during his stay there. The care at Accura Healthcare of Shenandoah is alright. The staff are nice, but sometimes it takes a while to get their attention. The food isn't that great, and some of the rooms could use updating. I would say it's about what you'd expect for the price.
