I was so impressed with Accura Healthcare of Spirit Lake. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they really took the time to get to know my grandfather and his needs. My mother has been living at Accura Healthcare of Spirit Lake for a few months now, and I've been happy with the care she's received. The staff is generally kind and helpful, but I've had a few issues with communication.
