Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been living at Arbor Valley for a couple of years now and we're very happy with the care she receives. The staff is friendly and attentive and the community is clean and well-maintained.

Arbor Valley is a wonderful place to live! The food is excellent, the activities are fun, and the staff is so kind and caring. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a senior living community.

The community itself is nice, but I've found the communication with the staff to be a bit lacking at times. I've had to follow up on things more than I'd like.
