Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been living at Helia Southbelt for a few months now and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep her engaged.

I was so impressed with Helia Southbelt from the moment I walked in. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and they really seemed to care about the residents. The food is excellent, and there are always plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

While the staff at Helia Southbelt are friendly and the facility is nice, I have found the communication with them to be a bit lacking at times. I've had to follow up on things a few times, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I wish there was a bit more transparency and communication.
