Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I've been living at Warren Park for a few months now, and I'm very happy here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good. I really enjoy the activities they offer, and I've made some new friends. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live where they can feel safe and comfortable.

My mother has been at Warren Park for a year, and we've been very impressed with the care she's received. The staff is always attentive and responsive to her needs. They've also been very supportive of us as a family. We're grateful for the loving and compassionate care they provide.

The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but the activities could be more engaging. The staff is friendly, but there's a lot of turnover, which can be a bit unsettling. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but I'm not sure if it's the best fit for everyone.
