Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Alden Town Manor is incredibly kind and patient. They truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and loved. My grandmother has been living here for a few months, and I'm so happy with the care she's receiving.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and there are plenty of opportunities for residents to socialize and participate in activities. My father has been recovering from a stroke here, and the therapy services have been very helpful in his rehabilitation.

While the care is good, there have been some issues with communication. I've had to follow up a few times on certain requests, but overall, the staff is attentive and responsive. The food could be better, but it's decent for a facility of this size.
