Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

We were looking for a place where my grandmother could feel safe and supported, and Bria of Elmwood Park exceeded our expectations. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly caring. My grandmother has thrived here and enjoys the social interaction and the many activities offered.

The facility itself is nice, but there have been some issues with communication and responsiveness from the staff. We've had a few concerns that haven't been addressed quickly enough. However, overall, the care is good, and my father seems happy here.
