Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Gallatin Manor for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly attentive and compassionate, and the community feels like a second home. The activities are engaging, and the food is delicious! I highly recommend Gallatin Manor to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment for their loved ones.

The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff is genuinely kind and helpful. The activities are a bit repetitive, but overall, it's a good place for my grandmother to live. I'm particularly impressed with the security measures and the attention to resident safety.

The care is decent, but the food could be better. The community is friendly enough, but I find it a bit too quiet for my taste. I wish there were more outings and events outside of the facility.
