My grandmother has been living at Vandalia Rehab for the past year, and we've been very pleased with the care she's received. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and they always make sure she's comfortable and well-looked after. The staff at Vandalia Rehab are very professional and caring, but I have noticed some inconsistencies in the quality of care my mother has received. Sometimes she gets excellent attention, but other times she seems to be overlooked. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I wish there was more consistency in the level of care provided.
