Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Addison Pointe for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. We highly recommend Addison Pointe!

Addison Pointe has been a godsend for our family. My mother has been struggling with mobility issues, and the physical therapy here has made a huge difference. The therapists are incredibly skilled and patient, and they have helped my mother regain her independence. We are so grateful for the compassionate care she has received at Addison Pointe.

Overall, Addison Pointe is a decent facility, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The food is not always the best, and the communication between staff and families could be more consistent. However, the staff is generally friendly and caring, and the residents seem happy enough.
