Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been living at Four Seasons Retirement Center for over a year now, and we are so happy with her care. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. My mom loves the activities and the friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and comfortable home for their loved one.

I was worried about moving my dad into a retirement home, but Four Seasons has exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is wonderful and they truly care about the residents. The food is delicious and the activities are engaging. My dad is thriving here and I am so grateful for the peace of mind this center provides.

Four Seasons is a decent facility, but I wish there were more options for activities, especially for residents who are more active and enjoy physical exercise. The staff is friendly, but sometimes I feel like they could be more proactive in communicating with families about changes in their loved ones' health. Overall, it's a decent choice, but I would explore other options before making a decision.
