Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Parker Health Care & Rehabilitation Center for the past year, and we're very happy with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they've gone above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I've visited Parker Health Care & Rehabilitation Center a few times, and I think it's a decent facility. The staff seems friendly, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. Sometimes the residents seem well-attended to, and other times they seem to be neglected. I think it's important to be diligent in monitoring your loved one's care if they are living here.

I was impressed with the level of care and attention provided at Parker Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. My father was recovering from a stroke, and the staff worked diligently to help him regain his strength and independence. The physical and occupational therapists were excellent, and my father made significant progress. I highly recommend this facility.
