Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been at The Waters of Rockport for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is wonderful, they always treat her with respect and kindness, and they're always available to answer any questions I have. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I've been impressed with the level of care my dad has received at The Waters of Rockport. The staff is attentive and responsive to his needs, and they've helped him make significant progress in his recovery. However, the facility itself could use some updating, and the food isn't always the best. Overall, I would recommend The Waters of Rockport to others.

I highly recommend The Waters of Rockport to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.
