Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at The Waters of Rushville for the past year, and we've been very pleased with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer are engaging and enjoyable.

The Waters of Rushville seems to be a decent facility, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the quality of care. Sometimes the staff is great, but other times it feels like they're understaffed and rushed. The food is pretty good, but there's not a lot of variety.

I can't say enough good things about The Waters of Rushville. My father was there for a few months after his surgery, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so patient and caring, and they helped him recover so well. The facility is beautiful and clean, and I always felt comfortable leaving him there.
