Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My parents have been living at Presbyterian Manor for a few years now, and we're very happy with their care. The staff is kind and attentive, and the community is very welcoming. My parents enjoy the activities and the meals are great. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Presbyterian Manor is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is so kind and helpful. There's always something going on, and the community is very friendly. I've made many friends here, and I feel like I'm truly part of a family.

The community itself is nice, and the staff is generally friendly. However, I've found the food to be a bit bland and repetitive. There are also some issues with noise levels at times, especially in the evenings. Overall, it's a decent community, but I wish the food was better.
