Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Clearwater is amazing! They are so caring and attentive to my grandmother's needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

My father has been living at Clearwater for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care he's receiving. The nurses and aides are very professional and compassionate, and they always go the extra mile to make sure he's comfortable. The facility is also very clean and inviting.

Overall, Clearwater is a decent nursing home. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I have noticed some inconsistency in the quality of care. Some days, the nurses are very attentive, while other days they seem rushed and overwhelmed. The food could also be improved.
