Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Wheatridge Park for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. My grandmother enjoys the activities and seems to be thriving in this environment.

I was initially apprehensive about placing my mother in a care center, but Wheatridge Park has exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure my mother feels comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved one.

Wheatridge Park is a decent care center, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. Overall, the staff is helpful, and the facility is clean, but I wish they were more proactive in keeping family members informed.
