Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My parents have been living at Salina Presbyterian Manor for a few years now, and we've been very happy with the care they've received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the community is always bustling with activities. My parents are very active and enjoy the opportunities to socialize with their peers. The food is also excellent, which is a big plus for my parents who are picky eaters.

This is an amazing community! The staff is so kind and caring, and the residents are always happy and engaged. There are so many activities to choose from, and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend Salina Presbyterian Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable and fulfilling senior living experience.

Salina Presbyterian Manor is a decent community, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care. Some staff members are great, but others seem to be more focused on getting their work done than actually providing care. The amenities are nice, but the community could use some updates. Overall, it's a good option, but I've seen better.
