Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Bedford Springs for the past year, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is attentive and caring, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Bedford Springs has exceeded our expectations. The staff is so kind and compassionate, and they truly go above and beyond to make our loved one feel at home. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the activities program is fantastic.

Overall, Bedford Springs is a good facility, but there have been a few issues with communication and responsiveness. The care is good, but I've had to follow up on things more than I'd like.
