Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Magnolia Village for the past year, and we've been very pleased with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to ensure her comfort and well-being. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities offered are engaging and enjoyable. We highly recommend Magnolia Village to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.

Magnolia Village is a decent facility, but I've had some mixed experiences. The nurses are generally kind, but sometimes communication can be a bit challenging. The food is okay, but could be more varied. The activities are good, but I wish there were more options for people who are less mobile. Overall, it's a decent option, but there are probably better facilities out there.
