Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was very impressed with the level of care my grandmother received at Landmark of Danville. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they really went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offered were enjoyable and stimulating. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

My father was recovering from a stroke at Landmark of Danville, and the rehabilitation services were excellent. The therapists were knowledgeable and compassionate, and they helped him regain his strength and mobility. The staff was always friendly and supportive, and they made sure my father felt comfortable and safe. I'm so grateful for the care he received at this facility.

Landmark of Danville is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The food was okay, but not great, and the activities were a bit limited. The staff was generally nice, but there were a few instances where I felt like my mother wasn't getting the attention she needed. Overall, it's a decent option, but there are better facilities out there.
