Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been a resident at Woodcrest for several months now, and we are incredibly happy with the care she's received. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good!

I can't thank the staff at Woodcrest enough for the amazing care they provided my father during his rehabilitation. He came in very weak and unsure of himself, but the therapists and nurses worked tirelessly to help him regain his strength and mobility. He's now back home, and I'm so grateful for the progress he made at Woodcrest.

While the staff at Woodcrest is generally friendly and helpful, I've noticed some inconsistencies in the quality of care. Sometimes the residents seem to be left unattended for extended periods, and there have been a few instances where my loved one's requests were overlooked. Overall, I'm satisfied, but there's definitely room for improvement.
