Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Belmont Terrace for a few months now and we're so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they've made her feel right at home. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there are always activities going on to keep her engaged.

I was really impressed with Belmont Terrace. The staff was very professional and caring, and they were always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns. The food was good, and there were plenty of activities to keep the residents busy.

Belmont Terrace is okay, but it could be better. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they seem overwhelmed. The facilities are a bit outdated, but they are clean and comfortable. I wish there were more activities for residents to participate in.
