Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Spring View for a few months now, and I am so happy with the care she has received. The staff is wonderful, always kind and attentive. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Spring View to anyone looking for a nursing home for their loved one.

I was so worried about putting my father in a nursing home, but Spring View has been a blessing. The staff is incredibly caring and patient, and they have made a real effort to help my father feel comfortable and at home. He is doing so much better since he has been there.

The care at Spring View is decent, but I have had some issues with communication. I have found it difficult to get in touch with the staff sometimes, and I haven't always been informed about changes in my mother's care plan. Overall, it's a good facility, but there is room for improvement.
