Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Liberty Care for a few months now, and we're really happy with the care she's received. The staff are kind and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The only thing that could be improved is the food - it could be a bit more flavorful.

My father was recovering from a stroke at Liberty Care, and it made such a difference in his recovery. The therapists were excellent and the nursing staff were so patient and caring. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation.

The staff at Liberty Care is great, but the facility itself feels a little dated. The rooms are comfortable enough, but the common areas could use some updating. The activities are a bit limited, but overall, it's a decent place for long-term care.
