Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Landmark of Iroquois Park for a few months now, and I'm so impressed with the care she's receiving. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make her comfortable. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged.

My dad was in a wheelchair after a stroke and needed rehab. Landmark of Iroquois Park was a lifesaver! The therapists were amazing, and he made such progress. He felt so much better and even got back some of his mobility. I highly recommend this place.

The staff at Landmark of Iroquois Park is friendly and caring, but the facility could use some updating. The rooms are a bit outdated, and there could be more activities for residents. However, overall, it's a decent place for rehab and nursing care.
