Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I've been living at Stanford Crossing for a year now, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the community is very welcoming. The activities are great, and I've made so many new friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a senior living community.

Stanford Crossing is a beautiful community with a lot to offer. The food is good, the apartments are spacious, and there are always things to do. I especially appreciate the on-site medical care and the friendly atmosphere. The only downside is the high cost of living, which can be a bit daunting.

While Stanford Crossing is well-maintained and offers a variety of amenities, I find the social aspect to be lacking. It's more geared towards independent living than towards fostering community. The staff is great, but I wish there were more opportunities for social interaction.
