Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Naomi Heights are truly exceptional. They are always kind, patient, and responsive to my mother's needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good! I highly recommend Naomi Heights to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

My father has been a resident at Naomi Heights for several months now, and we've been very happy with the care he's received. The therapists have helped him regain strength and mobility, and the nurses are always attentive and caring. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it feels like a home away from home.

Naomi Heights is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff is generally helpful, but there are times when communication could be better. The activities are good, but I wish there were more options for residents who are more mobile.
