Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Good Samaritan for a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is so kind and attentive, and they truly make her feel at home. The facility is well-maintained and beautiful, and there are plenty of activities for residents to enjoy. I highly recommend Good Samaritan to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones.

This is a great place for seniors who need a little extra help. The staff is very caring and responsive, and the food is excellent. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but overall I am very satisfied with this facility.

The staff at Good Samaritan is friendly and helpful, but I wish there were more activities for residents to participate in. I also think the cost could be a bit more affordable.
