Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Spring Lake are incredibly kind and caring. They truly go above and beyond to make sure my grandmother feels comfortable and happy. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good!

I was very impressed with the level of care my father received at Spring Lake. The physical therapy program was very helpful in getting him back on his feet after his hip surgery. The nurses and aides were attentive and responsive to his needs, and they always had a smile on their faces.

While the care was decent, the facility could use some updating. The rooms are a bit cramped and the common areas feel a bit bland. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.
